Shipping & Returns
Please note that it takes 2-4 business days of processing and handling time prior to shipment. Once your order is ready to be shipped we will ship using the method that you have selected. For example: If you select Next Day Air then we will ship using this method after the 2-4 days of handling time. All orders will have tracking information provided to the customer at the time of shipment. Some products can have extended processing & handling times, which will be noted on the product’s page. There can be some delays and you will be notified as such.
Yes we do. Some products have restrictions and they are noted on that item’s page. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
The service that is most cost effective that provides tracking information (UPS Ground/USPS First Class/UPS SURE SHIP). If you are in a rush, please do not select “FREE SHIPPING”. Free shipping is only applied to orders shipping to the lower 48 states. EXCLUDES SOME ITEMS INCLUDING TRAINERS & ALLOY/STEEL BIKES
You may return most new, and unused items within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (please note items marked with "Final Sale" are not eligible)*. Returned items need to be in brand new condition and in the original, undamaged factory packaging. Items that are returned with signs of installation will not be eligible for return.
Frames: We do accept returns on frames, however there is a $50 + 10% of purchase price restocking fee on ALL frames and you will be responsible for the shipping back to us.
Wheels/Wheelsets: We do accept returns on wheels and wheelsets, however there is a $25 + 10% of purchase price restocking fee on ALL wheels and you will be responsible for the shipping back to us.
Complete Bikes and Custom Wheelsets: These are not eligible for a refund or credit since these items are built to order. Deposits for complete bikes are refundable up until the bike is built and ready to ship. After this point in the purchasing process any deposits for canceled orders will be converted into a Pro Bike Supply Online Gift Card for use on any future purchase with us.
If your bike or wheelsets is damaged in shipping, please contact us right away and we'll sort it out. We reserve the right to offer replacement parts or credits.
Takeoff or Open Box Parts: These are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
Gloves, pads and apparel: Are eligible for return/refund with 45 days, only if they are in brand new, unworn and unwashed condition.
ANY ITEM MARKED AS FINAL SALE IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS REGARDLESS OF PRODUCT TYPE
For all other products, we pay return shipping if the product is defective, if we shipped incorrect product, or if product is damaged in shipping. Customer pays return shipping otherwise.
Simply fill out the return authorization form and if your order meets our return policy guidelines you can ship back to our address or you can request a return shipping label and we can invoice you for it.
International customers will be responsible for covering return shipping costs as well as any taxes and duties imposed.
Some select items may have a restocking fee, but these will be noted on the product page of the item.
Please note refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to be placed back in your account
We are not accepting exchanges. If you need to get a different item please return the one that is in correct and place a new order for the one you need.

Simply login to your account and if you item is eligible for return you can initiate it there. If not you can fill our the information here and we can let you know if you are eligible for return.
Most manufacturers require that you take you bike into your local bike shop to process the warranty. If you don’t have a shop near you and they refuse to help you with your warranty contact us will assist you with processing the warranty, this usually requires returning your product to us. It is extremely difficult for us to process warranties for customers who are not local to us.

Unfortunately, due to shipping restrictions the size of box required to ship a complete bike is far too large. Due to this your complete bike will need to be disassembled to some degree for shipment. We recommend having a professional mechanic complete the final steps of assembly upon arrival.

- Gift cards can be purchased in values from $25 - $2000.- You can purchase as many gift cards as you would like, but

- Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
- Gift Cards are non refundable / returnable.- Order / items purchased using a gift card are subject to return policy and can only be returned for store credit.
- Gift Cards may be used in-store or online.- Gift Cards can be used immediately after purchase.
-Your coupon code could be expired.

Unfortunately, not discount is only applied to certain items and there are exclusions (add item to cart to see if it qualifies) Occasionally orders can be refunded if the discount was in error
In general you can see discount in cart, add your item to cart to see if it qualifies and if it does the discount will be added there.
If a sale means up to 20% off that means, regardless of the current price once you add to cart there will be an additional discount added to the item
No, you can only use it on the next purchase
It will be emailed to the email address associated with your order immediately. Unless it is a bonus gift card which will be sent and fufilment of your order
